We are proud to offer you only high quality products. If you are still dissatisfied with your purchase for what ever reason, you can return unwashed, unworn/ unused items along with the following returns formula (see below) within 14 days of purchase. In the case of care products and toys, only unopened packaging may be returned.

If you return your purchased item/items, we will repay all the payments we have received from you.
We can refuse repayment until we have received the products along with the returns form.
We accept all products before the expiration period of fourteen days from the date you received your goods. Unfortunately, The cost for returning the goods is at your own expense.
What if I can not print the revocation form?

When will I get my money back from a resume?
As soon as the shipment has been received by us and the items have been checked, we will refund you the purchase of the item/items. Credit card should be credited to your account in 7 working days, depending on the time and type of payment. For repayment, we use the same payment method as used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you in advance. Please keep the invoice until you have received the purchase sum of your refund. The cost of returning the goods is at your expense.
